Sales Tax: Orders from Customers residing in California will be assessed 8.25% sales tax.

Returns/Restocking Fee Policy: We accept returns but all packages must be unopened and in new condition. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except for exhanges on mineral colors. You may try a small amount of a mineral product and if you aren't satisied with the color, you may return the product and exchange it for a replacement color, but this must be done within 7 days of the product delivery. Before returning merchandise, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting customer service at lorihartminerals.com. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package being returned. You must pay the shipping for all returned merchandise and we do not refund original shipping charges.

Order Cancellation/Restocking Fee Policy: All orders which have been processed are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, unless your item is out of stock. If there is a delay of more than 3-4 days we will contact you.
